OG 1970 Jamaican Studio One pressing. Copy is VG, plays through but with noise and some pops, sleeve has ringwear, water damage, and sold tape residue, but is still holing together.
The program on Jackie Mittoo Now is wholly enjoyable: fifteen early reggae instrumentals, highlighting Mittoo's glowing, extremely Booker T. & the MG's-influenced organ. On this release, the backing arrangements and rhythms have moved toward a more languid reggae approach.
