Vernal Equinox - New Found World (Original Cassette Tapes)
OG cassette tapes direct from Steve Brenner! Sealed! Very limited.
Steve Brenner and Timothy Rempel created Vernal Equinox from their KW studio in 1988, well stocked with synthesizers and inspired by Klaus Schulze, Kraftwerk, Innovative Communication and the Berlin School of electronic composition. Steve worked at a local keyboard repair/sales shop hoarding drum machines, synths and all things analogue. Timothy was the studied keyboard player. “Le Metro” is an homage to Kraftwerk's Autobahn yet at times more percussive and frenetic and "New Found World "sounds like a lost pulsating Dorothy Norton recording. “Sunrise” “Silent Dream” and "Autumn Sunset" are more subdued and meandering in the hypnotic key of Tangerine Dream and Software. Both sides of the LP are an inspired dream of a true keyboard fantasy. Private Issued New Age (PINA) (thanks to Linus/Todd/Lorenz for showing us this one)
