Every track is incredible on this Canadian pressing of the Eddy Grants' band Equals Mystic Sister LP is part conscious political rapso, hard island funk/disco. Songs like "Nobody's Got Time" transposed eventually into Eddy Grants infamous disco classic "Time Warp" "Are You Ready For Me" is a conscious rebellious island funk stormer with those percolating synths and Equals engine groove rhythms. "Mystic Sister" has the same backfire traffic sounds of a busy Caribbean road alongside Eddy's thunderous anthemic vocals. The incredible Artwork reminds me of a Jodorowsky/Satyajit Ray movie scene. This is the Coach House Canadian pressing both Vinyl/Cover are Ex+.
