NYC based Mystic Merlin Magic band were a novelty band that gained popularity with this massive late night boogie/funk tune "Mr Magician" that made waves in the US/UK scene. A rare find these days on this loud US promo only 12". Record comes clean VG+/EX in generic sleeve. The song has aged very well, with subdued horns and a great tight bassline, big fave at the shop! one of the members is related to Bill Withers!
